Judge Orders White House to Restore Press Passes for CNN, Politico, and MS NOW

A federal judge has granted CNN, Politico, and MS NOW a temporary restraining order that mandates the White House to restore their hard-pass press credentials.

The order requires the defendants, excluding President Donald Trump, and their representatives to "immediately return, reinstate, and restore" the credentials for employees of the three news organizations. The order was granted by Judge Timothy Kelly in the case Cable News Networks, Inc. v. Trump, following the revocation of the credentials on September 18.

The temporary restraining order will remain in effect for 14 days, unless the court issues further orders.
