Judge Dismisses Matt Kalil's Lawsuit Against Ex-Wife Haley Kalil Over Intimate Disclosures
A judge has granted model Haley Kalil's request to dismiss the lawsuit filed by her ex-husband, former NFL player Matt Kalil, concerning her public discussion of their marriage and intimate details.

A judge has dismissed the lawsuit filed by former NFL player Matt Kalil against his ex-wife, model Haley Kalil, over her public discussions of their marriage and intimate details, including references to his penis size. The ruling came after Haley Kalil requested the suit be thrown out.
"I am so relieved this is over," Haley Kalil stated, according to TMZ, which first reported the news. "I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life. I think this ruling is important and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they’ve been through. Your story belongs to you and you shouldn’t fear sharing it."
Haley Kalil's attorney, Matthew Bialick, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating, "We are very pleased that the Court dismissed every count against Haley."
The lawsuit stemmed from comments Haley Kalil made during a Twitch livestream in November 2025, where she discussed aspects of her marriage and sex life. Matt Kalil filed the suit, alleging that he received "unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public" and that his family has been subjected to the "ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements."
Haley Kalil, who married Matt Kalil in Hawaii in 2015, filed for divorce in 2022. The couple's separation was previously reported in May 2022.
