A judge has denied a request for a restraining order filed by Victoria Lee Robinson against "Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval. The decision came after Sandoval presented facial injuries, including a bruise near his eye and scratches on his neck and ear, as evidence when he was granted a temporary restraining order against Robinson on June 25.

Robinson, 33, had filed her own request for a temporary restraining order against Sandoval, 42, which a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied on Monday. This denial was based on Sandoval's existing domestic violence restraining order against Robinson, whom he dated from January 2024 to June 2026. A hearing where both parties will be present is scheduled for July 16.

Sandoval's legal filing followed Robinson's arrest on June 3. At that time, Sandoval accused her of striking him and her father of attacking him. Robinson was taken into custody and later released on a $50,000 bond.

In her own declaration, Robinson submitted a photograph showing what appeared to be a bruise on her knee. A representative for Sandoval stated that Robinson's request was immediately denied, asserting that the court granted Sandoval a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Robinson and her father after police reviewed video evidence of the incident.

Robinson alleged that Sandoval physically and verbally abused her on multiple occasions. She described incidents including being shoved down a flight of stairs and pushed to the ground at a hotel. She also detailed a "violent" altercation on June 3, during which she claimed Sandoval became "incensed" and "attacked" her when she began recording an argument between him and her father, J. Will Robinson.

Robinson stated that her father intervened when Sandoval allegedly grabbed her and twisted her arm while trying to get her phone. She claimed Sandoval then "violently and maliciously" pushed her father into a lit fire pit, causing injuries. She also alleged that her father punched a hole in a door rather than hitting Sandoval. Robinson further claimed Sandoval threatened to use a handgun, swords, and a knife during the incident.

Sandoval's court documents described a different sequence of events for the June 3 incident. He stated that Robinson's father "grabbed my arms and shoulders and wrapped his arms around me," making him feel "trapped and violated." Sandoval asserted he pushed the elder Robinson away for self-protection, which caused him to fall. Sandoval claimed Will Robinson was the first to make physical contact and that he did not pursue him. Sandoval also alleged that while he was barricaded in a room, Robinson's father punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door.

Sandoval stated that Robinson then entered the room and hit him in the face and temple area, causing his vision to blur. He reported experiencing mouth pain for weeks, requiring an emergency room visit. Doctors ruled out a fracture, but he claimed difficulty opening his mouth and eating led to further medical evaluation. He also stated that Robinson and her father had displaced him from his rental residence, which he was still paying for.

Robinson's filing detailed other alleged incidents of abuse, including an incident on August 30, 2025, where she claimed Sandoval shoved her down stairs. She also alleged that on May 14, 2026, while in Nashville, Sandoval called her a "coward," pushed her to the floor, and locked her out of their hotel room. The following day, she claimed Sandoval verbally assaulted her, rummaged through her belongings, and elbowed her in the chest. Robinson stated she put an AirTag in their co-leased car because Sandoval "often hid" it and disabled its GPS to control her movements.

Sandoval's legal filing also detailed alleged prior domestic abuse by Robinson, including hitting him in the face and neck, throwing a Gatorade bottle, changing his social media passwords, and tracking him with AirTags. He stated he regretted helping to bail Robinson out of jail. He is currently residing with a friend and in hotels and is seeking an immediate move-out order for the residence he is renting.
