Josie Gibson, 41, has showcased the results of her recent arm liposuction surgery, a procedure that cost an estimated £7,000. The television personality shared a 'get ready with me' video on her Instagram page, highlighting her transformed physique.

Gibson previously disclosed that she underwent a total of £14,000 worth of liposuction, with half the cost allocated to her legs and the remainder to her arms. She had explained in March that 45% of the tissue in her arms was removed during a brachioplasty, a surgery designed to eliminate excess skin and fat from the upper arms. This condition, known as lipoedema, is a medical issue that leads to abnormal, symmetrical fat accumulation, typically affecting the legs, buttocks, hips, and arms.

Gibson's social media posts come shortly after she expressed her readiness to pursue a new romantic relationship, citing a renewed sense of confidence. She has been single for several years, focusing on raising her seven-year-old son, Reggie. However, she is now keen to find a partner and has expressed a desire for a large family, including fostering children.

She has reportedly been receiving numerous messages on Instagram. A source told Closer magazine that Gibson is an "old-fashioned girl at heart" who "loves a good flirt" and is looking for a "real man's man." The source added that she wants to be "swept off her feet" and experience "butterflies and passion." Gibson has reportedly invested in matching lingerie, feeling confident enough to wear it.

It comes just days after the TV star said she is finally ready to have a relationship after finding her confidence again

Gibson's romantic history includes past relationships with Big Brother housemate John James Parton, ex-fiancé Luke Sanwo, and Reggie's father, Terry. Earlier this year, she was photographed with social media personality Sam Wolfenden, sparking rumors of a new romance, although Wolfenden is reportedly engaged to his childhood sweetheart.

Gibson had previously shared that despite her efforts with exercise, she struggled to reduce the "lumps and excess weight" associated with her condition, which she felt had "held her back." She has since increased her focus on working out and wellness. Her routine includes using a treadmill for daily steps, home circuit training, and consuming collagen supplements and electrolytes. She has also been undergoing lymphatic drainage treatments to understand and support her lymphatic system.

In addition to these practices, Gibson has been receiving NAD+ and glutathione injectables, aimed at anti-aging benefits and to aid her recovery from surgery. She also rented a hyperbaric chamber for three months to increase blood oxygen levels and promote healing. Gibson has also constructed her own copper pyramid triangle, tools often associated with meditation and energy healing.
