Among the acquisitions is a property purchased on October 18, 2023, for $610,000, with a mortgage of $488,000. Another significant purchase occurred on December 1, 2023, when Hudson bought a large townhouse in Dorchester, Massachusetts, for an undisclosed amount, taking out a $1.1 million mortgage on the property. This townhouse is reportedly divided into three apartments. On the same day, she acquired a second property, also a large townhouse in Dorchester, valued at $2.3 million.
Further details indicate Hudson purchased a three-bedroom home in the Roxbury Crossing area of Boston in December 2023 for $3 million. Records also show she obtained a substantial mortgage of $1.1 million on this home, which is also divided into three apartments.
The reports follow public sightings of the couple and social media activity, including Hudson sharing an email from Belichick on Instagram. Their relationship has garnered media attention since it became public.
