Jonah Hill's Former Malibu Home, Site of Hayden Panettiere's Memorial, Listed for $12.95 Million
The recently renovated coastal residence previously owned by the actor served as the venue for a reception following Panettiere's memorial service.
Jonah Hill's former Malibu residence, which recently hosted a memorial reception for actress Hayden Panettiere, has been listed for sale at $12.95 million. The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located a short drive from the Malibu Pacific Church, where Panettiere's memorial service took place.
Hill originally sold the property in 2022 for $11.1 million. It changed hands again in November 2025 before being put back on the market in April 2026 for $13.25 million. After approximately three months on the market, the asking price was reduced by $300,000 in late July.
The coastal home, spanning 3,653 square feet, has undergone recent renovations and features private beach access, an ocean-view roof deck, a backyard pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen.
The memorial service for Panettiere, who died on August 16 from an apparent overdose, was attended by approximately 150 friends and family members. Among the attendees were her "Nashville" co-star Connie Britton and castmate Charles Esten. Esten, along with 11-year-old Isabella D'Amore, performed one of Panettiere's songs from "Nashville." Other notable guests included Lennon Stella, Jonathan Jackson, Evan Ross, Paris Hilton, and Ruby Rose.
Notably, Brian and Zach Hickerson, who reportedly attempted to resuscitate Panettiere when she was found unresponsive, did not receive invitations to the memorial event.
Panettiere's ex-fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, shared his grief following her death, stating that she was an important part of his life and the mother of their daughter, Kaya. He expressed his deep sadness and wished her eternal peace.
