Jon Stewart, host of "The Daily Show," expressed bewilderment at President Donald Trump's recent campaign trail remarks, which focused on the physical appearance of men. During his show, Stewart highlighted instances where Trump commented on the physiques of individuals, including Senator Jon Husted (R-Ohio) and rapper Nicki Minaj.

Stewart presented clips of Trump discussing Husted's body, remarking, "I looked at his ass, and I’ve never done that with a man before. His ass was like a big piece of muscle." Stewart himself offered a brief correction, stating, "It’s not like a big piece of muscle. It is literally a big piece of muscle. That is what an ass is."

Further highlighting Trump's comments, Stewart noted a similar remark made about Nicki Minaj's posterior, which Trump described as "one hell of a beautiful ass." Stewart was visibly taken aback, falling silent for approximately 15 seconds before questioning the reality of the statements. He then showed an image of Trump behind Minaj, appearing to glance downwards, which Stewart characterized as Trump being "transfixed."

Stewart juxtaposed these comments with Trump's remarks on economic issues, such as celebrating oil profits amid high gas prices. The comedian summarized the Republican party's perceived closing argument as, "I like big butts, and why can’t you just be happy for big oil?"
