Jon Lovitz Calls Crystal Hefner's 'Perv' Claim a Compliment

Jon Lovitz has responded to Crystal Hefner's recent claims that he was the Playboy Mansion's “No. 1 customer” and one of Hollywood's “biggest pervs,” stating that being called No. 1 is a compliment.

In a video obtained by Page Six, the comedian was asked about Hefner's remarks during an appearance on the "Lisa Guerrero Unleashed" podcast. Lovitz, 69, shrugged off the accusations, saying, "Anytime tells me I’m No. 1, it’s a compliment."

Crystal Hefner, the widow of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, described Lovitz as a "lurker" who attended "every party" at the mansion and whose dog "peed all over the place." She also claimed his "eyes would go front to back [looking at] all the women that walked through the door at the party."

Lovitz, however, offered a different perspective on his time at the mansion, stating, "Hugh Hefner was one of the nicest, most generous people I’ve ever met and all of his friends know it."

Crystal Hefner's comments were made during an episode of the "Lisa Guerrero Unleashed" podcast, where she also accused her late husband of sexual abuse and detailed disturbing allegations against him. She claimed Hefner raped her throughout their relationship and forced other playmates into unwanted sexual acts. Hefner died in September 2017 at the age of 91.

In her 2024 memoir, "Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself," Crystal Hefner also alleged that Hugh Hefner attempted to control her by dictating her weight and attire.

Crystal Hefner has since remarried, tying the knot with marine biologist James Ward in April.
