Johnny McDaid Introduces New Girlfriend Rosanna Konarzewski at Awards Ceremony
Snow Patrol musician publicly thanked his partner 'Rosie' during his acceptance speech, later identified as finance executive Rosanna Konarzewski.
Johnny McDaid, former partner of Courteney Cox, acknowledged his new relationship during an awards ceremony on Monday. While accepting the BMI President's Award, McDaid thanked "my partner Rosie, thank you for all your support and I love you." Those close to the musician confirmed that 'Rosie' is Rosanna Konarzewski, a finance executive and former model.
McDaid and Cox, the "Friends" actress, reportedly separated amicably in late 2025 after more than a decade together and have remained friends. Konarzewski is described as a private individual who splits her time between London and New York. A friend noted that both McDaid and Konarzewski "are both really private people and are already very settled."
Konarzewski holds a leadership position at a prominent investment firm and is recognized for her influence in building brands within the industry. She has also been involved in philanthropic efforts, including work with St John Ambulance and the homelessness charity Crisis. She was part of the team for the UK's Bayeux Tapestry exhibition and has collaborated with the Queen on the Booker Prize for literature. Previously, she supported the eating disorder charity Beat during a brief modeling career before transitioning to finance. Konarzewski is the granddaughter of a Polish fighter pilot who served in the Battle of Britain.
McDaid, who joined Snow Patrol in 2011, is a successful songwriter, having collaborated with artists such as Ed Sheeran, U2, Dolly Parton, and Pink. He co-wrote Sheeran's hit song "Shape of You." Snow Patrol, a band with over 30 years of history, recently concluded a summer tour and performed at Glastonbury and the Royal Albert Hall.
McDaid and Konarzewski have reportedly been together for several months and maintain a low profile. The friend added that Konarzewski is "gorgeous, clever, hugely successful and incredibly well connected."
