John Fury Slams Brother Peter as 'Cockroach' for Alleged Joshua Camp Involvement

John Fury has vehemently criticized his estranged brother, Peter Fury, labeling him a "cockroach" for allegedly offering advice to boxer Anthony Joshua. The accusation comes as Joshua prepares to face John's son, Tyson Fury, in a highly anticipated boxing match scheduled for December in Cardiff.

Peter Fury confirmed he had spoken with Joshua two months prior, discussing "advice on his skill set" and calling the Londoner "a really nice guy." He also stated that he would assist Joshua if needed after his fight, noting Joshua has a "great team around him (including) Team Usyk."

This alleged involvement has provoked a strong reaction from John Fury, who expressed his outrage in a conversation with Playbook Boxing. "If he was to do that (talk to Joshua) in any way, shape or form, that would make him the lowest form of human being," John Fury stated. He further described his brother as "the biggest dog, the biggest untrustworthy dog of all time," adding, "If he's going to start giving phone calls and advice, meeting in secret, giving him secret sessions, he's a f***ing cockroach."

John Fury suggested that any advice Peter might offer Joshua would inevitably pertain to Tyson. "The only advice he could have wanted is on Tyson, isn't it? There is no smoke without fire," he said. He concluded his admonishment with a direct message to his brother: "Son, give your head a wobble. Don't sell your soul to the devil for a fiver."

Despite John Fury's strong stance against his brother, his own relationship with his son, Tyson Fury, is described as minimal, having been "completely destroyed." The father and son are reportedly at odds over Tyson's career, with John advocating for his son's retirement due to health concerns after two previous failed attempts.

Peter Fury previously trained his nephew, Tyson Fury, between 2011 and 2017. Their professional relationship ended amidst a schism involving both Tyson and John Fury.

Earlier, Tyson Fury himself addressed reports of his uncle's involvement with Joshua on social media, dismissing them as "categorically untrue." He stated, "Even if Peter Fury hated me, he’s still my family. That would mean he would be a Fredo, scorpion, snake, rat, b****** piece of s*** if he did that."
