Joe Burrow's Girlfriend Olivia Ponton Shares 'Hot Take' on Cheating

Olivia Ponton, girlfriend of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, has publicly shared her experiences with infidelity, describing it as a recurring issue in her past relationships.
During a recent episode of her podcast, "Booked & Busy," Ponton stated, "I have been cheated on in all of my past relationships. Literally every single one of them. All of them."
Ponton, a model, added that in her younger years, she used to internalize these experiences, believing it was a reflection of her own shortcomings. "I think cheating is a sign of insecurity," she explained. "If you feel the need to be in a happy, healthy relationship with somebody, and go to get outside validation that you are attractive, that is not a reflection of this perfectly great person that could be in your life. That is a reflection on them."
She characterized this perspective as her "hot take." While Ponton's comments reference her past relationships, the context implies that Burrow, her current partner, adheres to different standards. Burrow and Ponton's relationship became public knowledge in 2024, and the couple has reportedly remained together since then.
