Jodie Turner-Smith marked her 40th birthday by sharing insights into her fitness regimen, emphasizing a consistent routine that includes Pilates, hiking, and outdoor sports. The actress, known for her roles in physically demanding films like 'Tron: Ares,' 'Murder Mystery 2,' and 'Without Remorse,' detailed her approach to maintaining her toned physique.

Turner-Smith aims to work out six days a week with her personal trainer, David Higgins, focusing on strengthening and toning her body. She has embraced Pilates, referring to herself as a "Pilates princess," a practice she found particularly beneficial after the birth of her daughter, Juno. "A workout routine is finding what works for your body because every body is different," she told Who What Wear. "Water and Pilates and hiking, that's my workout routine."

Her trainer has previously highlighted Turner-Smith's dedication, noting her commitment to rebuilding her body after childbirth and addressing old injuries. "What you see above is the culmination of months and months of hard work and dedication," he stated.

Beyond her workouts, Turner-Smith prioritizes daily body care, including exfoliation, moisturizing, and lymphatic drainage massages. She also highlighted her enjoyment of Korean cuisine, sharing a post about a meal prepared by executive chef Josa Yi.

Turner-Smith recently took a Caribbean holiday with her ex-husband, Joshua Jackson, and their six-year-old daughter, Juno. The exes, who finalized their divorce last year, shared snaps from their getaway at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis. Turner-Smith posted images of their trip, including one of her in a bikini showcasing her physique. The couple, who began dating in 2018 and married in 2019, welcomed Juno in 2020. Their divorce was filed in October 2023, citing irreconcilable differences, and they have been working through a custody agreement for Juno.

Reflecting on her experiences, Turner-Smith commented on the practicality of prenuptial agreements, suggesting they can save on legal fees during separations. "Nobody wants to do that, because it's not romantic, but if you have to separate, it saves you all the money spent on lawyers later, when people are not in as… good a mood."
