Jessie James Decker recently showcased a significant fitness transformation, highlighting her progress in building muscle and achieving a more toned physique.
Decker shared a series of photos and videos on social media, including before-and-after bikini images, to illustrate her journey. She noted a noticeable change in her arms since April, attributing it to increased consistency and a focus on building muscle, despite maintaining the same body weight.
"This is the most consistent I have EVER been, and I feel stronger and better than ever and I’m NOT stopping," Decker wrote. She expressed pride in her current physical state, emphasizing that she feels stronger, more energized, and is prioritizing her well-being.
She has incorporated a daily 30-minute personal fitness routine, which she believes contributes to her being a better mother and individual. "I made a promise to myself…and I don’t break promises to me," she stated.
Decker's commitment to fitness has yielded visible results, including the ability to effortlessly lift her husband, former NFL player Eric Decker, onto their kitchen counter. "I wanted to share these photos because, of course, I know I looked good on the left, but I feel better on the right. I feel stronger and energized. I feel proud of myself. I feel like I’m taking care of me!!"
Decker and her husband, who share four children, prioritize an active lifestyle as a family. Their activities include bike rides during vacations, playing football outdoors, and throwing a ball on the beach. Pickleball has emerged as a particular family favorite, with a court in their backyard and frequent family play.
"We love pickleball. That’s probably the thing that we all do every day," Decker said. "We have a pickleball court in the backyard, and if we go on vacation, my husband’s like, ‘Is there a pickleball court at this place?’"
She described her children as very active and busy, often engaged in outdoor activities rather than spending time on devices. "They’re active. That’s all I can say. They are busy, busy, busy. They don’t sit around on iPads. They’re out there in the wildlife, barefoot and being free."
