Singer Jessie James Decker, 38, announced on Instagram that she has scheduled a date to remove her "very large breast implants." Decker shared that the decision stems from her ongoing fitness journey and a desire to feel more aligned with her current self.
"This strong girl Era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me," Decker wrote in a post accompanying a video of her performing a handstand and showcasing her physique. "I just don’t feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore."
Decker, a mother of four, also noted that the birth of her youngest daughter, Denver, two years ago, contributed to her embracing a "less is more" approach. "I want less maintenance in my life and I’m embracing my natural girl era!" she explained. "Maybe it’s getting closer to 40, but I’ve reached this place where I want to feel the most like myself."
She added that having a daughter has influenced her perspective, stating, "I never want her to feel like she has to do all this upkeep to feel beautiful."
While Decker is reducing the size of her implants for now, she expressed a long-term aspiration to have them removed completely. "But I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet," she admitted. "I’ve had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all."
Decker previously shared that she received her current breast implants in May 2021, expressing satisfaction at the time. "They were so big and perky before children and I wanted them back … plus some. I feel great; I’m super happy with them and felt like a brand-new woman," she wrote on social media. However, by July 2024, her sentiment had shifted, and she indicated a desire to downsize.
Jessie James Decker and her husband, former NFL player Eric Decker, have four children: Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, 8, and Denver, 2. Eric Decker underwent a vasectomy in 2024.
