Jessica Cunningham, known for her appearance on "The Apprentice," has given birth to her sixth child, a daughter named Dolores Joy Juno. Cunningham shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, announcing the baby's arrival on her due date.

The businesswoman, 39, stated that the birth took place at her home in a water birth setting, describing it as "perfection" with the sun shining and the song "Baby Love" playing. She expressed gratitude for her body's ability to carry and birth her child and thanked her partner, Alex, for his support during the delivery.

Cunningham, who first gained prominence on the BBC show in 2016, already has two children, Digby and Dudley, with her partner Alex Daw. She also has three older children, Poppy, Olive, and Hattie, from a previous relationship.

In a March announcement of her pregnancy, Cunningham alluded to a shift in her plans, writing "looks like the Universe/God had different plans" and anticipating a "house that is going to have more love, fun and craziness." She also connected the pregnancy to the "year of the fire horse."

Cunningham has previously spoken about her birthing experiences, noting a shift in her approach over time. She recounted a "horrific" first birth but found ways to improve subsequent experiences by incorporating elements like her sister's presence and massage. For her fifth child, she described "dancing the baby out" and welcoming contractions, a spiritual approach she has explored.

She highlighted her first home birth as a positive experience, suggesting that the transition from the amniotic fluid to the birthing pool made it easier. Cunningham also reflected on the physical sensations during labor, mentioning a squatting position. The "Celebrity Big Brother" contestant has also openly discussed the challenges of balancing her career with raising five children, describing it as "beautiful and b****y stressful" and expressing parental guilt over not always being able to give each child individual attention due to their differing ages and needs.
