TLC personality Jessa Duggar, 33, and her husband Ben Seewald, 31, are expecting their seventh child. Duggar shared the news during an appearance on the "Unplanned Podcast with Matt and Abby Howard," stating that she is six weeks pregnant.

Duggar and Seewald, who married in 2014, are already parents to six children: sons Spurgeon Elliot, 10; Henry Wilberforce, nine; George Augustine, two; Edward Owen, one; and daughters Ivy Jane, seven, and Fern Elliana, five. Their youngest child, Edward Owen, was welcomed in August 2025.

In a preview for the podcast episode, Seewald recalled that Jim Bob Duggar, Jessa's father, was intimidating in the early days of his relationship with Jessa. Seewald also shared that he and Duggar have long desired a large family.

Duggar proudly shared that she and Seewald, 31, are 'actually expecting again' and that she is 'six weeks' along in her pregnancy

Previously, Duggar has addressed online criticism regarding her family size, drawing parallels to her own mother, Michelle Duggar, who is the mother of 19 children. Jessa has expressed admiration for her mother's patience and gentleness, stating, "When people say, 'Do you want to be like your mother?' I'm like, 'Yes, please, Lord, help me.'"

Duggar and Seewald have spoken about their aspirations for a large family, including adoption, since as early as April 2014, prior to their wedding.
