Te Huia purchased the property in 2024 for $1,650,000 and is hoping to nearly double its value at auction, with a potential sale price of up to $3 million.

The scandal unfolded in June when Te Huia's ex-partner, Levi, reportedly broke into her home and entered her bedroom. He then filmed a confrontation where Te Huia and Lorenzo were discovered in their underwear. Levi Hilton later admitted to the Daily Mail that he had broken into the home and used a knife to unlock the bedroom door.

Te Huia expressed sadness at leaving the home but stated it was necessary for starting anew. The sale of the property marks a physical separation from the events that brought their lives under intense public scrutiny.
