Jennifer Meyer, the 49-year-old jewelry designer and ex-wife of actor Tobey Maguire, was recently seen in Los Angeles, marking her first public appearance since welcoming her third child, a daughter, with fiancé Geoffrey Ogunlesi. The birth is reported to have occurred around May 21.
Meyer was observed running errands on a Thursday, dressed casually in a white Earth-print T-shirt, striped drawstring pants, and Adidas slides, carrying a brown chain-strap purse. She later shared on Instagram that she was "feeling human again" after two days of "hair, makeup and work," hinting at an "exciting project."
Meyer confirmed the birth of her daughter on Father's Day, dedicating a post to Ogunlesi, a 34-year-old talent manager whose clients include musicians Young Thug and Alabama Barker. Both Meyer and Ogunlesi come from prominent families; Meyer's father is Ronald Meyer, CEO of Wild Bunch, and Ogunlesi's father is Adebayo Ogunlesi, chairman of Global Infrastructure Partners.
Meyer previously co-parents two teenage children, 19-year-old Ruby and 17-year-old Otis, with Maguire. She has spoken positively about their co-parenting relationship, stating in a May interview that they prioritize their children and often spend holidays and birthdays together. Meyer described Maguire as "the most A+ human being I know" and noted that her fiancé, Ogunlesi, and Maguire have a good relationship. Their nine-year marriage ended in 2016, with the divorce finalized in 2020.
Last Friday, Meyer posted a video referencing the viral Netflix documentary meme trend, with a caption about preparing for a documentary on being a mother to a 19-year-old, a 17-year-old, and a newborn. Her eponymous jewelry company, established on its 20th anniversary last October, expanded into fragrance and beauty in 2022. Meyer reportedly began learning jewelry making from her grandmother at age six.
Maguire himself was recently in the news for appearing to kiss rapper Ice Spice at a July 1 event and was seen with influencer Mishka Silva in February.
