In the accompanying caption, she noted that "Leo season continues." The images featured Lopez with a toned midriff, accessorized with polka dot heels, a white purse, and a headscarf. She also posted a Polaroid image of herself in a white dress with a plunging neckline.
These personal posts coincided with Lopez reflecting on her role as a parent preparing for her twins, Max and Oskar, to leave for college. She shared details of a recent family vacation to Italy, describing it as a "road trip" with her 18-year-old twins before they move out. Lopez expressed pride in her children, noting that they were accepted into all five colleges they applied to and received scholarships for each.
"I watched how hard they worked, from the time they were like... when school gets serious in the fifth grade, and they just worked hard," Lopez stated, adding that her children have ADHD and learn differently, acknowledging their past struggles. She emphasized her pride in them as "loving, good-hearted people."
Lopez also spoke about the emotional aspect of her twins preparing for this next chapter, mentioning that it has been an emotional time as they have been a unit of three. She recounted feeling tearful in the months leading up to their graduations and finding it difficult to write messages for their yearbooks.
In preparation for her children moving out, Lopez has reportedly downsized to a $18 million home in Hidden Hills. She also retains ownership of the $61 million mansion in Los Angeles that she shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck. The former couple's divorce was finalized in early 2025, and they had been attempting to sell their shared marital home since July 2024.
