In the caption, Lopez wrote, "When you keep going it just keeps getting better."
This birthday comes shortly after what would have been her fourth wedding anniversary with Affleck. The couple, who rekindled their romance in 2021 after initially splitting in 2004, married in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a larger ceremony in August 2022. Lopez filed for divorce on the two-year anniversary of their Georgia wedding, with the divorce finalized in early 2025.
Lopez has spoken candidly about aging and personal growth. In an interview with People in January, she stated, "I can honestly say that I think of myself five years ago and I'm a totally different person now." She elaborated that her journey has involved more than just beauty, but an "inside" transformation, leading to a more "self-realized, self-aware person."
