Jennifer Lopez Frustrated by Umbrella Confiscation at Paris Fashion Week

Jennifer Lopez expressed visible annoyance when fashion show staff confiscated her umbrella during the Stella McCartney show at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday. The incident occurred as Lopez, 57, was seated on the front row under a steady rain.

Staff approached guests, including Lopez, requesting that umbrellas be taken down as the outdoor show was preparing to commence. Initially, a guest seated behind Lopez discreetly informed her of the request. Lopez appeared to acknowledge this, mouthing "Oh," but kept her umbrella up for a moment longer. Shortly thereafter, she was directly asked to lower it and, with a seemingly displeased expression, handed the umbrella back to a staff member. This action risked her designer attire and styled hair becoming soaked.

Lopez was dressed in a camel-colored ensemble, featuring a brown faux fur scarf, a chocolate brown long-sleeved dress cinched with a dark brown belt, and brown leather pointed heels. She accessorized with a brown fur clutch bag. Her hair and makeup were meticulously done for the event.

Seated next to Lopez were comedian Diane Morgan, 50, and Stella McCartney's husband, Alasdhair Willis, 56. An empty seat next to Lopez had reportedly been reserved for Vogue editor Anna Wintour, 76, who ultimately did not attend.

Morgan, known for her roles in shows like "Motherland" and "Cunk On Life," presented a chic appearance in a pinstripe grey suit and blouse, with her red hair styled in a bun. She also wore chain necklaces and carried a slouchy leather bag. Morgan is a noted animal rights and vegan advocate, aligning with Stella McCartney's brand ethos, which has exclusively used cruelty-free materials since its launch in 2001, avoiding leather, fur, feathers, and exotic skins.
