Jennifer Aniston recently posted a public message of support for her boyfriend, Jim Curtis, coinciding with the release of his new book, "The Book Of Possibility." The actress, 57, shared her admiration for Curtis, 50, on her Instagram Stories, calling him "this man" and expressing her love for his recently published work.
Curtis, who describes himself as a wellness coach trained in hypnotherapy, hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming, mindfulness, and meditation, has been dating Aniston for over a year. The couple's relationship has been featured in media outlets, with Curtis having been interviewed by Aniston at a live question-and-answer event to promote his book.
In a recent interview, Curtis discussed his approach to helping others, stating, "My mission is to help as many people as I can." He acknowledged his celebrity status and the opportunities it presents, saying, "Aren't I blessed to be of interest? And to have the opportunity that if there is a soul, person or mind that is interested in my work, that now I have the potential to bring it to them."
Curtis, who does not hold psychology qualifications, utilizes his training to assist clients, predominantly women, who form the majority of his 1.1 million Instagram followers. He splits his time between Aniston's Los Angeles home and his own apartment in New York.
He shared details of their morning routine, which includes him waking early to exercise, prepare coffee for Aniston, and then engage in a joint meditation practice. "We take real responsibility to go within and understand and soothe ourselves. So we meditate together," Curtis explained. He also mentioned personal affirmations during meditation, such as "I'm divinely guided," to foster a sense of peace and trust in life's unfolding.
Curtis stated that he avoids consuming news, referring to it as "brainwashing," and steers clear of media coverage concerning his relationship with Aniston.
His work has previously drawn attention. A 2018 TEDx talk titled "The Cosmic Algorithm: Deciphering the Signs" was flagged by TED for potentially exceeding editorial guidelines. His new book explores the concept of the "quantum field," a notion borrowed from physics that has been criticized by scientists. Curtis maintains a distinction between spirituality and science in his practice.
