Country music artist Jelly Roll was formally uninvited from a law enforcement fundraiser scheduled to take place in November at Mar-a-Lago, President Donald Trump's resort in Palm Beach, Florida. The decision by Law Enforcement Today, which is hosting the event to raise money for the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) Foundation, came after Jelly Roll's stint as guest host on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" where he made jokes at Trump's expense.

Kyle Reyes, who runs Law Enforcement Today, told Fox News Digital that Jelly Roll did not respond to the invitation sent on April 26, 2026. Reyes stated that his organization wanted to withdraw the invitation following Jelly Roll's August appearance on Kimmel's show. The invitation had asked Jelly Roll to perform worship songs to close out the event, referred to as the Second Annual Big Blue Bash.

A source close to Jelly Roll told Fox News Digital that the artist's team was never contacted about the November event and that they learned of the invitation and its withdrawal through social media.

Reyes, who also runs the "Blue Lives Matter" account on X, posted on Friday that the April 26 invitation was a "mistake." He stated that the fundraiser is for the FLEOA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports the families of wounded and fallen officers. Reyes added that the event would be attended by heads of federal law enforcement agencies, sheriffs, police chiefs, and supporters, with a theme of "American Superheroes" including appearances by Lou Ferrigno, Dean Cain, and Kevin Sorbo.

During his time guest-hosting "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," Jelly Roll commented on Trump's weight, physical fitness, and approval ratings. He also addressed public perception of his political leanings, stating that while he leans left on some issues, he identifies as a Christian, country music singer, farmer, and bow hunter who is "pretty down the middle."

Reyes criticized Jelly Roll's jokes, describing them as an attack on Trump and conservatives and a "betrayal of his fans, his faith and all believers." He added that his organization would not welcome someone who attacked Trump into an event honoring fallen officers' families.

The invitation stated that FLEOA is a "non-partisan, professional association committed to supporting law enforcement across all agencies and administrations." Rachel Holt and Coffey Anderson are scheduled to perform at the event, with a surprise presentation from an "American Idol" star also planned.
