Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO List Tennessee Mansion for $7M Post-Divorce

Country music artist Jelly Roll and media personality Bunnie XO have put their Tennessee mansion on the market for nearly $7 million, just two months after finalizing their divorce. The couple, who were married for a decade, listed their sprawling estate in Franklin, Tennessee, on Wednesday.

The custom-built home sits on nearly 10 acres and features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and over 7,000 square feet of living space. The property also includes a covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, as well as a resort-style pool.

Bunnie XO, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, recently shared that the divorce, finalized in July, had taken a toll on her health. She described experiencing a period of not eating and requiring IV treatments, losing 20 pounds in the process.

"Heartbreak, man, it's the best freaking diet," she said on the "Open Book" podcast with Jenna Bush Hager. DeFord also noted that while she projects strength publicly, she has been dealing with significant personal suffering privately.

Jelly Roll, born Jason DeFord, and Bunnie XO married in 2016 and had a vow renewal ceremony in Las Vegas in 2023. The couple separated in May, with Jelly Roll citing irreconcilable differences in his divorce petition. The separation was described as mutual by sources.

The divorce settlement includes the division of assets such as aircraft, cars, homes, and intellectual property. Jelly Roll is also to pay Bunnie XO a one-time lump sum payment, with the exact amount remaining confidential. The agreement also includes a clause preventing either party from speaking negatively about the other.

Bunnie XO has publicly stated she is still friends with Jelly Roll and is happy he is dating again. She also expressed a desire to reclaim her power and feel sexy post-divorce. Shortly after the divorce was finalized, she purchased a Rolls-Royce Cullinan valued at approximately $500,000.

The couple first met in 2015, becoming friends before starting a romantic relationship after Bunnie XO's previous relationship ended. They married the following year. The couple experienced a brief split in 2018 when Jelly Roll admitted to an affair, which he described as one of the worst moments of his life.
