Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo List Tennessee Home for Sale
The former couple is selling their custom-built Franklin estate less than four months after finalizing their divorce.
Musicians Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have put their Tennessee home on the market, listing the property for under $7 million, according to reports. The sale comes months after the couple finalized their divorce in July.
The custom-built Franklin estate sits on 10 acres and features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The property includes an automotive showroom, a chef's kitchen, and an outdoor living area with a resort-style pool. Real estate sources told TMZ that the house was listed on Wednesday.
Jelly Roll, whose legal name is Jason Bradley DeFord, and Bunnie Xo, real name Alisa Andrea DeFord, officially divorced in July, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple had reportedly kept their separation private for over a month before the news became public in June, when moving trucks were observed at their Franklin home.
According to court documents, the ex-divorcees reached a confidential agreement to divide their assets, which included properties, vehicles, and debts. They also rescinded prior permissions for their respective teams to access each other's personal accounts. Bunnie Xo reportedly received a one-time payment from Jelly Roll as part of the settlement.
Despite their divorce, the pair stated they remain on amicable terms. Bunnie Xo has since begun a new relationship with actor Dylan Wolf. The couple has also indicated plans to still have children together through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
