Jason Oppenheim Offers Support to Chrishell Stause Following G Flip Split

Jason Oppenheim, former partner of "Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Stause, has publicly shared his support following her recent split from musician G Flip. Oppenheim, who dated Stause before her relationship with G Flip, offered a message of solidarity in the comments section of Stause's Instagram announcement.

"I'm really sorry to hear this. I'm thinking of you and sending you my love," Oppenheim wrote. "You're both beautiful people and sometimes things just don't work out, but it certainly doesn't mean anyone failed." He added that while nothing can immediately make Stause feel better, time will help her process the situation, emphasizing her support network. "But please know that you're very loved and I'm always there for you no matter what."

Stause announced her breakup from G Flip, whose birth name is Georgia Claire Flipo, in a tearful Instagram video Tuesday morning. She stated that she and G Flip had agreed to a respectful separation. "I will always love G, and I don’t ever really see that changing," Stause said. "And this sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy, and I wish that for both of us."

She also expressed a sense of personal failure regarding the dissolution of her second marriage, referencing her past marriage to actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021. "There’s nothing you could say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself, so I just have to kind of heal and figure this out," she shared.

G Flip later responded with a written statement, also expressing continued love for Stause and gratitude for public support. The couple exchanged vows in a non-legally binding ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2023, and reportedly had four weddings throughout their relationship. However, sources indicate they never signed legal paperwork to make their marriage official.

Amidst Stause's public announcement, claims have emerged from within the "Selling Sunset" cast suggesting they were not surprised by the breakup. According to TMZ, some cast members believe Stause has a "mean side" and has experienced conflicts with fellow cast members, leading to strained relationships. Conversely, the cast reportedly held G Flip in high regard, viewing them as "nice and genuine."
