Jason Bateman revealed on his podcast "SmartLess" that he was arrested in Monaco for being "drunk and disorderly" while wearing a "nice little leopard outfit." The "Ozark" alum, 57, shared that the incident followed a night out that included "cheap champagne and a pocket full of chips."

Bateman has been sober since 2001, the same year he married his wife, Amanda Anka. He previously explained in February that he stopped drinking alcohol because it caused "tension" in his marriage. He clarified that he abstains from alcohol and cocaine but continues to smoke marijuana.

"I was conscious the whole time of wanting to get a lot of these boxes checked before I became a father and a guy with a career that I not only wanted but had a feeling I might be able to get it if I just got the right job," Bateman told The Hollywood Reporter regarding his decision to get sober before having children. He and Anka have two daughters, Francesca, 19, and Maple, 14.
