Jackie Appels, 30, showed her support for boyfriend Cruz Beckham as he launched his North American tour in Washington D.C. on Monday night. Beckham, 21, performed with his band, The Breakers, at The Atlantis venue for an audience of approximately 100 people.
The tour follows the band's successful run through the UK and Europe. Beckham provided lead vocals and played guitar during the performance. Appels, who met Beckham through their shared careers as singer-songwriters, watched from the sidelines. She was observed wearing a cropped white vest and light wash jeans.
Beckham has previously credited Appels with playing a significant role in the band's achievements. In an Instagram post, he stated that she was instrumental in connecting the band and teams, ensuring that tasks were completed. He referred to her as the "fifth member of The Breakers" and the "driving force of the band," noting her dedication to producing high-quality content.
The couple has been together since 2024, having first been seen together at Glastonbury. Following the Washington D.C. show, Beckham is scheduled to perform in Brooklyn, Toronto, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Seattle. His itinerary also includes dates in Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles before he returns to England.
Ticket interest for Beckham's American tour saw a notable increase, with a 529 percent rise in page views on the ticket marketplace Viagogo on the day the new dates were announced.
Earlier in the evening, Appels shared her anticipation for the show on Instagram, asking her followers, "DC who's coming to The Atlantis tonight?" She later posted an image with tickets, writing, "We are so back."
Beckham's debut headline show with The Breakers in London at The Courtyard Theatre on March 27 sold out quickly. The couple had previously been in America for the World Cup, attending matches with Beckham's family, including David and Victoria Beckham, and his siblings Romeo and Harper.
Speculation has arisen regarding Cruz Beckham's unreleased song, "Loneliest Boy." Lyrics from the track, which include lines about "breaking mama's heart," have led fans to believe they were inspired by an estrangement involving his elder brother, Brooklyn. One verse reads, "Loneliest boy, place all your bets on him, To find something bad in somebody good, he always does, Loneliest boy, I hope that you’re listening, Don’t push all your friends away, when we’re tryna show you love." Another verse mentions, "Loneliest boy, mama don’t talk too much, It’s breaking her heart. It shows in the small things that you don’t do, I guess in the end that it’s you, yourself, and you."
