Jackie Appels, the 30-year-old girlfriend of musician Cruz Beckham, was seen with the Beckham family at a World Cup semi-final match in Atlanta, Georgia, amidst ongoing speculation about an engagement.
Appels sat between Beckham, 21, and his younger sister Harper, 15, in a VIP box at the stadium. Also present were Cruz's parents, David and Victoria Beckham, both 51 and 52 respectively, and his older brother Romeo, 23. The group watched as Argentina defeated England 2-1 in the match.
Appels and Cruz wore matching England jerseys for the game. During the match, Appels was observed interacting with Harper Beckham.
Cruz Beckham has reportedly been linked with Appels since June 2024, following his split from TikTok personality Bby Ivy. Appels, who previously performed with the Brazilian girl group Schutz, reportedly met Cruz through their managers. The couple has reportedly been together for over two years, despite a nearly 10-year age difference.
Appels' integration into the Beckham family's public appearances has intensified engagement rumors. She has accompanied Cruz and his family to multiple World Cup matches across Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts since the tournament began. She was also present when David Beckham received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Further fueling speculation, Appels appeared in social media photos last month wearing a ring on her left hand. These images, posted to her Instagram on June 25, were taken during a World Cup match between Brazil and Scotland. In the photos, she was seen with Cruz, and the ring was visible. Appels captioned the post, "Juuuust happy to be here."
Appels has spoken about their relationship's origins, describing their first meeting in a studio session where they bonded over their shared passion for music. "We became really good friends and then here we are!" she stated. While Cruz initially recalled their first date at a rooftop cinema, Appels clarified that their initial studio session, which lasted until 3 a.m., did not involve a kiss and therefore did not count as a first date. She described their subsequent rooftop cinema outing with a friend as their "first real date."
Appels has also been involved in supporting Cruz's music career, contributing to his songwriting and online promotion. Cruz Beckham released his debut single in 2025.
