Jack Silvagni and Grace Phillips Welcome Second Child Amid Family Challenges
St Kilda footballer Jack Silvagni and his wife Grace Phillips have announced the birth of their second child, a daughter named Annabel, following a difficult period for the Silvagni family.
St Kilda footballer Jack Silvagni and his wife Grace Phillips have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Annabel. The couple shared the news on Instagram this weekend, introducing their newborn daughter and posting images of her with her two-year-old brother, Charlie.
Phillips shared their pregnancy news earlier this year with a post showing her baby bump, captioned, "Charlie waiting for his mate." Their first child, Charlie, was born in September 2024. The couple married in Noosa in 2023.
This joyous occasion follows a challenging period for the Silvagni family. Jack Silvagni's brother, Tom Silvagni, was convicted on December 5, 2025, by a Victorian jury on two counts of rape. He was sentenced to six years and two months in prison, with a non-parole period of three years and three months. The offences stemmed from an incident in January 2024. Tom Silvagni has since lodged an appeal against his convictions.
Jack Silvagni, son of Carlton premiership player Stephen Silvagni, played 128 AFL games over nine seasons with Carlton before joining St Kilda. He has continued his AFL career throughout this period.
