Jack Osbourne has been sharing throwback content on social media, prompted by a fear of being forgotten and the recent passing of his father, Ozzy Osbourne. The entrepreneur, who co-founded the Spark streaming platform, told the Daily Mail that he has been looking for content to post, acknowledging that his current activities might be less engaging for the public than his upbringing.

Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76, after a prolonged battle with coronary artery issues and Parkinson's Disease. Jack has been candid about the grief his family has experienced. Shortly after his father's death, Jack posted on social media, expressing his deep sadness but also gratitude for the 14,501 days he had with his father. He shared a quote from Hunter S. Thompson that he felt captured his father's zest for life.

Jack, along with his mother Sharon Osbourne and sister Kelly Osbourne, has been working to keep the family's legacy alive. Following Ozzy's death, Sharon and Jack returned to The Osbourne Family podcast in November 2025, six months after Ozzy's passing, to address fans. While they have recorded together only twice since that initial episode, the door remains open for future episodes. "Hopefully, yeah," Jack stated regarding the podcast's return. "I think we're gonna start doing it a little bit more, but right now, my focus very much is on doing stuff for Spark."

His current primary focus is a new podcast for Spark, centered on UFOs, which is where he is directing most of his energy. Spark, co-founded by Jack, Serena DC, and Michael Mazzola, is a digital streaming platform aiming to elevate paranormal and UFO content with Hollywood production values. The platform offers over 2,500 hours of content related to the paranormal, UFOs, and consciousness.

Jack noted that his daughters are more interested in his passion for UFOs than his mother, Sharon, who remains a skeptic, though she is beginning to show some interest. Serena DC, Jack's partner at Spark, highlighted the opportunity to bring a higher production quality to paranormal and UFO content, which traditionally has had a lower budget. The platform aims to aggregate content in this popular genre into a single destination.
