Isla Fisher and Alexander Skarsgård Attend Post-Gala Party
The actress and actor were seen leaving Chateau Marmont together after the Academy Museum Gala, a year after Fisher's divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen was finalized.
Isla Fisher and Alexander Skarsgård were spotted exiting the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Saturday night following the Academy Museum Gala. The two stars were part of a larger group that transitioned from the iconic hotel to a private party nearby.
Fisher, 50, wore a beaded black dress to the event, the same one she donned earlier for the gala. Skarsgård, also 50, was seen in a white button-up shirt, black trousers, and dress shoes, clean-shaven.
The sighting comes more than a year after Fisher and her ex-husband, Sacha Baron Cohen, finalized their divorce. The couple publicly announced their split in April 2024, having quietly filed for divorce in 2023. Their statement noted they had "always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working through this change" after 20 years together. Fisher and Cohen met in 2001 and married in 2010. They have three children.
Cohen was also reportedly in attendance at the Academy Museum Gala.
Earlier this year, Skarsgård addressed speculation about his sexuality. In a cover story for Variety, he clarified comments made the previous year while promoting his film "Pillion," in which he plays a character in a gay BDSM relationship. Skarsgård stated that remarks about his personal life, including experiences with both men and women, were not intended as a revelation but rather an attempt to shift focus to the film's story. Skarsgård has a child with his girlfriend, Swedish actress Tuva Novotny, born in late 2022 or early 2023.
