Isaiah Whitehead, a former NBA player and Seton Hall alumnus, is pursuing a new dream: assembling an all-Seton Hall alumni team for The Basketball Tournament (TBT). Whitehead, who was present at Walsh Gymnasium for a recent TBT game, expressed his desire to build a program that Seton Hall alumni can be proud of, emphasizing the lasting connection to the university.

Despite being sidelined by a wrist injury during the team's recent TBT appearance, Whitehead remains committed to the initiative. The team he helped organize, Hall In, faced a significant defeat against Boeheim's Army, losing 82-52 in the opening game of a three-game series. The Basketball Tournament offers a substantial prize of $2 million to the winning team.

Whitehead described his return to Seton Hall's campus as a positive experience, viewing the current efforts as a starting point for future endeavors. He highlighted the ongoing sense of community and family among Seton Hall alumni, a sentiment he hopes to foster within the TBT team structure.
