Iris Law Enjoys Hawaiian Getaway Amidst Acting Aspirations
The model and daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost showcased her physique in Hawaii while discussing her burgeoning acting career and addressing 'nepo baby' perceptions.
Iris Law shared photos on Instagram on Tuesday showcasing her fit physique while vacationing in Hawaii. The model, 26, posed in a lime green bikini and enjoyed snorkeling in Kauai.
Law, daughter of actors Jude Law and Sadie Frost, also reflected on her ambition to pursue an acting career, acknowledging her privileged position while aiming to prove herself in the industry. "I think you should always feel like [you need to prove yourself]. I don't think you should get complacent in the place that you're in," she stated in an interview with Who What Wear. "I try to take the positive route of feeling like 'Wow, I'm so lucky' and understand that, of course, there are privileges that I hold."
Law has been actively working on developing her acting skills, engaging with directors and industry professionals. She has also been recording self-tapes as part of her preparation. Her acting credits include a role in the 2022 mini-series "Pistol" and a starring role as Cassandra in the film "Rain Catcher," released in July.
Law has established a successful modeling career, having walked for brands such as Versace, Burberry, and Victoria's Secret, and appeared in campaigns for Miu Miu. She made her professional modeling debut in 2015 and became the face of Burberry Beauty two years later. Her catwalk debut was with Miu Miu in Paris in 2020.
She expressed a desire to delve further into acting within the next five years, noting a particular interest in starring in a horror film. "I want to feel like I really have deserved whatever comes my way," Law added.
