Billboards featuring gruesome imagery and threats against President Trump and his family have been displayed in Tehran, Iran. One billboard, installed Tuesday above a highway in the capital, shows mocked-up images of first lady Melania Trump, and her children Barron and Ivanka, with their eyes closed and the word "KILLED" emblazoned in red across the top. The text also reads, "Hey, terrorist! Get ready to die."
These displays represent the latest in a series of threats made against the Trump family in recent weeks, following the collapse of peace talks between the United States and Iran brokered by Pakistan amidst Israel's conflict with the Iranian regime. Last week, another display appeared in central Tehran depicting portraits of President Trump and his family members above coffins draped in the American flag. This mural, located in Palestine Square, showed Trump, his wife, and his five children – Barron, Donald Jr., Eric, Ivanka, and Tiffany – against a backdrop of the White House. A slogan accompanying this display read, "Blood for Blood," and threatened retribution for U.S.-Israeli strikes that killed Iran's late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and members of his family.
Earlier, a billboard in Tehran's Enghelab Square showed a depiction of Trump's corpse with the words, "We Kill Trump," in both English and Persian. Another recent mural placed Trump's face within a rifle's crosshairs. Following the death of Senator Lindsey Graham, a billboard was installed that read, "Who is D nexT one?" above the Republican senator's name, referencing Trump's initials.
These large-scale murals are reportedly designed by the Owj Arts and Media Organization, an entity linked to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
