Influencer Tased and Arrested After College Football Game Sideline Appearance and Locker Room Attempt
Benius Beard, known as BenDaDonnn, was booked on charges of evading arrest after an incident at a Texas A&M game.
Influencer and streamer BenDaDonnn was arrested in College Station, Texas, on Sunday morning after being tased by police following an appearance on the sideline at a college football game and an attempt to enter the team's locker room. The 34-year-old, whose real name is Benius Beard and who is based in Miami, was booked into Brazos County Jail on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
According to the College Station Police Department, officers were attempting to clear patrons from a roadway after Texas A&M's win over Arkansas. They encountered a group that allegedly refused to follow instructions. When demands continued to be ignored, Beard's security guard allegedly slapped an officer's hands as they tried to detain the streamer. Police then deployed a taser on Beard, who they stated then attempted to flee the scene.
Beard's security guard, identified as Kenny Carter, was also arrested and charged with interference with public duties for allegedly pushing an officer during the interaction.
The events leading to the arrest followed a day at Kyle Field where Beard had been seen celebrating an Aggies touchdown on the sideline. Footage of this moment was posted to the official Texas A&M football X account. Later, Beard was filmed attempting to enter the Aggies' locker room at halftime. In the footage, he is heard protesting to staff members, stating, "Your team is the one who invited me." He was subsequently escorted out of the locker room area.
Beard has a significant online following, with 1.4 million followers on TikTok and 46.1 million likes on the platform.
