Influencer Skye Wheatley Displays Significant Chin Swelling After Cosmetic Procedure
Skye Wheatley, a social media influencer, recently showcased a noticeably swollen chin, attributing it to a cosmetic filler treatment, and also commented on her experiences with paparazzi.
Influencer Skye Wheatley has revealed a dramatically swollen chin following what appeared to be a mishap with her latest cosmetic filler treatment. The 32-year-old shared images of the prominent swelling during a recent appearance on Princess Polly's TikTok.
Wheatley's chin appeared particularly pronounced in profile during the interview, with the swelling noticeable as she gestured. Her usual appearance was notably altered, with her hair slicked back and her chin significantly puffed.
Despite the cosmetic issue, Wheatley maintained an upbeat demeanor during the interview. She recounted an instance where she was pursued by photographers after a cosmetic procedure, expressing her dislike for paparazzi photos. "People always think I set up every single pap shoot... that is just not true! I have set up a few, but not every single one!" Wheatley stated. "Like, I have been followed before, when I had my whole head in bandages! It was not a good look. They are never cute, the pap photos!"
Wheatley has been open about her history of undergoing cosmetic enhancements. Last year, she participated in a promotional video for a Gold Coast cosmetic injectables clinic, sharing the results of a chin filler treatment aimed at enhancing her side profile. She described her chin as having been previously set back and appearing to shrink.
In September 2024, Wheatley traveled to Turkey for multiple procedures. Following her announcement of the trip, she addressed accusations of having a plastic surgery addiction. Responding to a follower who suggested her procedures contributed to others' self-esteem issues, Wheatley stated, "Everyone is beautiful with or without surgery, but I think the more damaging thing is to get all these enhancements done without being honest about it. There [are] so many girls online who've had surgical enhancements and say nothing. I won't be one of those people."
