Influencer Plans Second Child Before Wedding Following Posthumous IVF
Ellidy Pullin aims to have another baby with fiancé Brock Wadsworth before their upcoming wedding.
Influencer Ellidy Pullin has shared her plans to become pregnant and have a child with her fiancé, Brock Wadsworth, prior to their wedding next year. Pullin, who welcomed her daughter Minnie via posthumous IVF with her late partner Alex 'Chumpy' Pullin 15 months after his death, announced her engagement to Wadsworth last month.
Pullin expressed a desire to be pregnant currently, aiming to give birth before her wedding. "I think baby then wedding. I would just love to be pregnant right now, and then have a wedding at the end of next year," she stated on the podcast "Let's Be Real" with Emilee Hembrow. She also humorously noted wanting to retain "milk boobs" for the ceremony.
Pullin described her pregnancy with Minnie as a positive experience, despite daily vomiting. "Honestly, all in all, it was pretty good. I just lived on Vegemite, toast and cheese. I vomited every day until the end," she recalled, adding that she "loved being pregnant."
Her former partner, Chumpy Pullin, a snowboarding champion, died at the age of 32 in a spearfishing accident on July 8, 2020. Following his death, Pullin underwent posthumous sperm retrieval and welcomed their daughter Minnie in October 2021. She also legally changed her surname to Pullin.
Pullin is now engaged to Brock Wadsworth. The proposal occurred unexpectedly mid-flight after their daughter inadvertently revealed the plan. Wadsworth presented Pullin with a diamond ring valued between $250,000 and $350,000. The ring features a four-carat, elongated cushion-cut natural diamond set in yellow gold. Wadsworth, a Gold Coast-based contractor, is the managing director of Wadsworth Contracting.
