Molly-Mae Hague's first flat, a one-bedroom residence in Manchester, has been listed for sale at £185,000.

The flat, located on the 17th floor of a city center building, offers city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Hague, 27, lived in the property during the initial stages of her influencing career, before her appearance on the reality show Love Island.

Her former landlord, Chris, told the Daily Mail that Hague remains "down to earth" and has not changed despite her subsequent success. He recalled that when she moved in, Hague mentioned she was an influencer and would be away for several months, a period that coincided with her time on Love Island. "I think she said 'You might find out soon enough anyway,'" Chris recounted, adding that he was not concerned as she continued to pay rent. He described her as "a lovely girl" and a "successful businesswoman."

Her landlord recalled that when Molly-Mae first moved into the flat she explained she was an influencer and revealed she would have to be away for a few months in the summer

Earlier this week, Hague shared a TikTok video revisiting the flat, providing fans with a tour set to Sabrina Carpenter's music. She showed the open-plan kitchen and living area, sat on the same sofa, and highlighted the city views. Hague captioned the video, "If you know where I am... you've been here a while," and expressed her disbelief at being able to return.

In a 2020 tour, Hague described the kitchen as "tiny" and admitted she ordered food delivery for most meals. She also noted that while she spent much of her time in Manchester alone, her then-partner Tommy Fury found the flat too small after they moved out of Love Island. "We were struggling for space and we didn't want to be on top of each other," she said.

Following their departure from the flat, Hague and Fury moved into a penthouse in Ancoats, Manchester, then a luxury penthouse in Hale. The latter property was the subject of a burglary in 2021, resulting in a loss of approximately £800,000. Subsequently, Hague purchased a six-bedroom home for £3.8 million, which she reportedly uses as a "content house."

Hague and Fury now reside in a seven-bedroom Victorian mansion in Cheshire, valued at £4.8 million, which includes an indoor swimming pool. They are currently renovating the property, with Hague documenting the process on Instagram. The couple have two children, Bambi and a four-month-old son.
