Influencer Mikaela Testa Faces Potential Separation from Husband Due to US Visa Issues

Mikaela Testa, an Australian influencer, has voiced her concern over a potential temporary separation from her husband, Maxwell Krause, stemming from difficulties with his U.S. Green Card application. Testa, 26, shared her frustration on TikTok, explaining that visa red tape may prevent them from traveling together to the United States.

"Marry a foreign man at your own risk! You guys might see me going back to Australia, I can't deal with online rumours. If you see me on a plane back to Australia, nothing bad happened other than I was not approved for a Green Card," Testa stated in the video. She described the emotional toll of the situation, adding, "I can't even begin to express how I would feel having to get on a plane by myself back to Australia, being married to this man and not being able to be near him."

The couple has been navigating these visa issues for some time. Testa explained that when her husband last entered Australia, he was detained for "suspicious re-entry" after exhausting all possible Australian visas, including working holiday permits. This has led to a situation where they must choose between entering Australia or the U.S., and they have prioritized the United States.

"So we put all of our eggs into the USA basket. We may or may not be getting some bad news soon! Please send your good energy because I am really gonna need it," she urged her followers.

Testa further revealed in the comments that their Green Card interview did not go as well as they had hoped. "We had our Green Card interview. It didn't go so well we think," she wrote, accompanied by a sad face emoji.
