Christie Swadling, an influencer who filed for bankruptcy in 2022, is pregnant with her second child, due in January 2027. She shared the news on social media with fiancé Joel Price, with whom she welcomed their first child, Rocco, just over a year ago. Swadling revealed her positive pregnancy test and a celebratory video featuring herself, Price, and Rocco. "We can't believe Rocco is already going to be a big brother. Motherhood has completely changed me as a woman. I'm so blessed for baby no. 2 on the way," Swadling wrote in a caption.
She admitted the pregnancy was a surprise, as she was still postpartum from her first child and they were not actively trying for another. "It was a shock as I was still under a year postpartum... but I'm soo excited for this journey. I can't wait to start sharing it all with you," she stated.
Swadling's announcement was met with well wishes from some celebrity friends, including fellow influencer Ashy Bines and Love Island Australia star Margarita Smith. The couple welcomed Rocco in May 2025. At the time of Rocco's birth, Swadling shared a gallery of maternity content and described her experience with a fully unmedicated birth, expressing her desire to share the birth story later.
This is not the first time Swadling's pregnancy announcements have drawn attention. In October 2024, a video announcing her pregnancy with Rocco was criticized by some fans who perceived the imagery, which included red roses in front of a glass sign that read 'Baby Price, Due May 2025,' as resembling a gravestone. Swadling had previously opened up about her fertility journey with her followers.

Documents that were leaked online in February 2023 revealed her financial difficulties, despite the lavish lifestyle she often portrays on social media. In the publicly available bankruptcy filing, her occupation was listed as an 'advertising and marketing professional'.
