Influencer Belle Lucia Shares Cryptic Posts About 'Deepest Betrayal'

Belle Lucia, an Australian influencer with over one million Instagram followers, has prompted concern among her fans after posting a series of cryptic messages on her Instagram Stories suggesting a profound betrayal.

On Monday, Lucia shared a graphic with the words "4 years 1,013 notes," overlaid on an image of fairies. This was followed by a post featuring a church and text reading, "Jesus was betrayed by his close friend. And on the night he was betrayed he lifted his bread and gave thanks [crying emoji]." Lucia added, "I pray I can give thanks especially during this time when I have experienced the deepest of betrayals of my life."

She further elaborated on the theme of disloyalty, stating that the goal in life should not be "finding a world without Judases," but rather "becoming the kind of person who doesn't let a Judas turn you into one."

Lucia then posted a photo taken outside a church, accompanied by a more defiant tone. "What was protected by the silence will end with the truth. I will be making a statement. You did this, it wasn't my choice," she wrote. This was succeeded by an image of the ocean with a caption detailing how "deepest betrayal rarely comes from an enemy. It comes disguised as protection, from someone who knew your wounds, heard your prayers, someone you would take a bullet for, the one you defended when everyone warned you... who later watched you suffered [sic] without hesitation." She concluded this post by stating, "But what was done in whispers was never hidden from God," and noting that her heart was "shattered."

Her subsequent posts included a biblical verse from Corinthians and a meme of Michael Scott from the television show "The Office" with the caption, "I'm literally fine as long as I don't think about the past or the future and also the present."

Fans have responded with messages of support and concern. One follower wrote, "Belle I hope you’re okay, seeing your stories someone has really hurt you and you don’t deserve that. Take care beautiful." Another user speculated about the possibility of her account being hacked.
