UK influencer Lucia Chalmers has made a public appeal for the safe return of her dog, Stella, who has been missing for nearly two weeks. Chalmers first reported the dog's disappearance on June 20. At the time, Stella had been missing for over 48 hours from a home in Send, near Woking, in north-west Surrey. It is understood the crossbreed went missing while Chalmers and her family were abroad.

Chalmers, who is the head of Global PR and Partnerships for jewelry brand Missoma, shared a missing poster for Stella on social media, urging her online community to help spread the word. "Our most precious Stella is still missing. It's now been over 48 hours and we need all the help we can get," she wrote on Instagram. "We are absolutely beside ourselves and don't know how to live without her. Please help us find our perfect girl."

Four days after the initial appeal, Chalmers announced that Stella had been declared stolen. "The only way we will get her back is if we make her 'too hot to handle' [so] anyone who has stolen her will be spooked or someone will spot her out and about and report her," she stated. "We are utterly broken and have holes in our hearts."

On Tuesday, the family increased their efforts by offering a £2,500 reward for Stella's safe return. They noted that Stella's microchip had been scanned twice since her disappearance and that she is spayed and cannot be used for breeding. "You wouldn't get that by selling her, but she is worth every penny to her family. We will collect from anywhere," the family posted.

A Facebook page has been established for reporting sightings of Stella, with the lost dog ID being SEND GU23. The family has also advised that Stella is "extremely nervous" and asked that anyone who spots her not to approach, call, or chase her, as she will likely run away.

Chalmers has received support from her community, including Georgia Habboo, sister of reality television personality Sophie Habboo. Georgia reshared Stella's missing poster to her over 100,000 Instagram followers, emphasizing the urgency of the situation and the need to share information widely.
