A Pennsylvania influencer known for online sting operations targeting alleged child predators has been charged with third-degree assault, criminal nuisance, and endangering the welfare of a child. Nicholas Attalla, 34, who uses the online name “Niky Sal,” was arrested Sept. 4 in connection with an incident that occurred in December 2025.

Attalla operates social media accounts where he poses as a minor to identify adults suspected of preying on children. According to investigators, Attalla arranged to meet an individual he believed to be a 16-year-old male through a dating site. Attalla allegedly portrayed himself as a 14-year-old girl during these communications and set up the meeting at a Tim Hortons in Jamestown, New York.

During the encounter, Attalla confronted James Morris, 43, and Eric Spencer, 42, accusing Spencer of conversing with the minor. A spokesperson for the Jamestown Police Department stated that Attalla threatened Morris based on the phone conversation and voice. This confrontation escalated into a physical altercation.

During the brawl, Morris allegedly stabbed Attalla in the arm. The fight also involved a 1-year-old child and their family who were present in the coffee shop, leading to the endangerment charge for all three men. Attalla received medical treatment for his injury at UPMC Chautauqua. A GoFundMe campaign to cover his medical expenses raised over $12,000 towards its $20,000 goal.

Morris and Spencer were arrested in January 2026. Morris faced charges including assault in the first degree, tampering with physical evidence, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. Subsequent investigations by the Jamestown Police Department, including the execution of search warrants on cell phones, found no evidence of prior communication between Attalla, Morris, or Spencer before the confrontation.

Attalla has approximately 47,000 followers on Facebook, where his page is described as being for educational purposes and raising awareness about online child predators. All three individuals, Attalla, Morris, and Spencer, were subsequently charged with second-degree criminal nuisance and endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 4.
