Indy Clinton and Ben Azar Celebrate Court Settlement with Beach Outing
Influencer and husband enjoy family time in Palm Beach following resolution of his employment dispute.
Influencer Indy Clinton and her husband, real estate executive Ben Azar, celebrated the settlement of his court battle with his former employer with a beach outing in Palm Beach.
The couple, who have young children, appeared affectionate as they spent time together on the sand. Clinton, 29, wore a high-cut red swimsuit and a hat with the slogan 'Daddy's in the doghouse,' while Azar displayed his physique in boardshorts.
The settlement comes after Azar sued his employer of over 22 years, the global real estate firm Savills, claiming unfair dismissal. He had taken the company to court in late March.
Following a mediation process, Azar and Savills reached an agreement. The specific terms of the settlement have not been disclosed, and both parties have declined to comment.
This legal dispute had previously garnered media attention in June when Clinton attended court with her husband, wearing a T-shirt with a provocative message.
Azar's lawsuit, filed in late March, alleged that Savills breached workplace protections by terminating his employment. He pursued action under general protections provisions, which can be invoked when an employee claims adverse action was taken against them for unlawful reasons. He had been with the company for more than two decades.
The legal proceedings marked a challenging period for the couple, who have built a significant online following by sharing aspects of their family life.
