“In the City” star Georgina Ferzli told Page Six that she encouraged co-star Amanda Batula to end her relationship with West Wilson at the show's premiere party in May. Ferzli, who is also a dermatologist, said she approached Batula, telling her that breaking up with Wilson would be “the next good thing” after Batula’s appearance at the event following a romance scandal.
Batula and Wilson confirmed their relationship in March, stating it developed from a long-standing friendship. Their romance, however, reportedly caused a rift with former friend and castmate Ciara Miller, who had previously dated Wilson. The couple’s relationship also led to confrontation with other “Summer House” castmates during the Season 10 reunion.
Following the fallout, Wilson was removed from the cast of Season 11, and Batula also exited the series. Ferzli indicated that Batula has described the relationship as a mistake but has not yet ended it.
Ferzli expressed openness to working with Batula again on future seasons of “In the City,” provided Batula takes steps to address the situation and shows remorse. "You can end the mistake and start fixing it," Ferzli said, referring to Batula's relationship with Wilson. Ferzli added that she would be prepared to confront Wilson directly if he were to appear on future seasons of the show.
“In the City” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
