Immigrant Caught on Video Yelling 'F**k Trump, Biden Forever' Deported to Haiti
Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, who had numerous convictions, was deported on September 10 after an immigration judge ordered his removal.
A Haitian national who gained notoriety after being filmed shouting political slogans during his arrest has been deported from the United States. Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, 25, was sent back to Haiti on September 10, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Charles was arrested in Boston in January and had amassed at least 17 convictions, authorities stated. His criminal record includes charges such as assault on a public employee, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substances, and carrying a dangerous weapon. He was also identified as an alleged member of the Back Block Money Gang.
Viral footage from his arrest showed Charles exclaiming, "I'm not going back to Haiti!" He also yelled, "F*** Trump, you feel me? Biden forever, bro! Thank Obama for everything he did for me."
Charles initially entered the U.S. in 2013 under Temporary Protected Status (TPS) granted by the Obama administration. His TPS was terminated in July 2022, but he remained in the country illegally. An immigration judge issued a final order for his removal in November 2025.
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin commented on the deportation, stating, "This illegal alien gang member from Haiti had quite the rap sheet, with convictions for assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, and drug trafficking, among other heinous crimes." He added, "Once again: if you're here illegally, we will find you, arrest you, and remove you from the United States of America."
According to the Department of Homeland Security, Charles' full list of convictions included assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession to distribute a class D controlled substance, possession of a class D controlled substance, possession of class C psychedelic mushrooms, carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying ammunition without a firearm ID card, and trespassing.
