Illinois Woman Sues Las Vegas Bar After Alleged Injury on Mechanical Penis Ride
A lawsuit claims a woman sustained serious injuries when her foot got caught in the 'Gyrating Johnson' ride.

An Illinois woman has filed a lawsuit against a Las Vegas bar, alleging she suffered severe injuries after being thrown from a mechanical ride designed to resemble a penis. The incident reportedly occurred on November 22, 2025, at The Nerd bar, located at 450 Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by KLAS, the woman's foot and/or ankle became trapped in a cut-out section of the ride's main shaft. The attraction, advertised by the bar as "The World's Largest Penis," functions similarly to a mechanical bull, challenging riders to maintain their balance.
The lawsuit states that the plaintiff, Amber Zabran, sustained "great pain of body and mind, including serious and painful physical injuries, as well as shock and injury to her nervous system entailing mental stress, anxiety and anguish." Some of the injuries sustained may be permanent, the suit alleges.
Zabran claims that she and her companions were not required to sign waivers before using the ride, and that an employee operating the attraction made it more difficult for her to stay mounted. The Nerd bar also features a video game area and a bowling alley.
The lawsuit, filed in Clark County District Court by Martin Injury Law Firm, is seeking a jury trial. It requests special and actual damages, along with medical expenses, each exceeding $15,000, in addition to attorney's fees.
