A 30-year-old mother of four was killed in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon in Idaho Falls, Idaho State Police reported.
Courtney Cramer was traveling northbound on North 3900 East when she failed to stop at a stop sign, leading to a collision with a vehicle traveling eastbound. The crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of N 3900 E and County Line Road.
Cramer, who was driving a silver 2018 Honda Odyssey, was struck on the driver's side by a white 2026 Ford F250 pickup truck. The male driver of the pickup, whose identity has not been released, was wearing a seatbelt. Cramer was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Both vehicles were heavily damaged. Cramer was transported to a local hospital with injuries sustained in the collision, where she later died, according to the Bonneville County Coroner's Office. Photos of the wreckage showed significant damage to Cramer's Honda Odyssey, with one door missing and the front and driver's side caved in. The Ford pickup also sustained extensive front-end damage.
Cramer, originally from Lehi, Utah, resided in Rigby, Idaho. Her family remembered her as a "loving wife, a devoted mother, and someone who meant more to our family than words can express" in a GoFundMe campaign created to support her husband and children. As of Friday evening, the fundraiser had raised approximately $44,500 of its $45,000 goal.
Cramer's public social media indicated a strong family focus, with recent posts celebrating her daughter's baptism and a past post expressing love for another daughter who had experienced medical issues. Her funeral was scheduled for Saturday. A public obituary had not yet been released.
