Hulk Hogan's Widow, Son Sued Over Alleged Rape at Party

Sky Daily, the widow of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, and her son have been named in a lawsuit alleging that a minor was sexually assaulted at a party for which Daily allegedly supplied alcohol. The suit, first reported by TMZ, claims that Daily purchased alcohol despite knowing minors would be present.

The party was reportedly hosted by Hogan's stepson, Hayden Hitt, on March 28, while Daily was attending a wrestling event. The lawsuit states that a minor, identified as Jane B. Doe, was raped by a minor boy, John B. Doe, after consuming alcohol and losing consciousness.

According to the reported lawsuit, John B. Doe allegedly raped Jane B. Doe for "several hours." The suit claims that Jane B. Doe suffered vaginal and anal trauma. The plaintiff is suing Daily and Hitt for negligence, and John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In a separate legal filing, another Jane Doe claims Hitt was repeatedly violent toward her during the time she lived with him and Daily. Alleged text messages from this plaintiff to Daily describe Hitt shoving her "all the way from the door into the clothes rack." Daily's alleged response was, "I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense. Always wait till the morning."

The following day, Hitt reportedly texted Jane Doe asking if she was pressing charges, though he later unsent the message. This Jane Doe is suing Hitt for battery, and Daily for a civil claim related to criminal practices, in addition to seeking damages for emotional distress.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died in July 2025.
